Package Your Gear
Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts and labels are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
